Task: Change the company’s culture from a sales and product orientation to being brand-driven. Unify all marketing communications around a single message and brand position to eliminate profound inconsistencies in the brand around the world. Combat increasing commoditization in the category.

Process: The client conducted an in-depth research study to determine new positioning for its Life Fitness and Hammer Strength brands. As agency of record, Monogram was tasked with bringing the new Life Fitness position to life through the development of a comprehensive brand manual and new worldwide brand campaign.
